Bizon Digital Refund Policy

At Bizon Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality SEO, PPC, Website Design, and Digital Marketing services with a strong focus on client satisfaction. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.

We request that you carefully review the scope of services and terms before engaging with us, as digital services require time, effort, and dedicated resources.

Project Planning and Milestones

  • All projects are structured in well-defined stages (milestones).
  • Before commencing, we carry out a detailed discovery phase, including research, analysis, and documentation, to ensure mutual understanding and minimize potential cancellations.

Refund Policy Guidelines

1. No Refund for Completed Work
Since significant time, expertise, and resources are invested in every milestone, refunds are not available for work that has already been completed.

2. Mutual Project Termination
If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, all completed work up to that stage will be handed over to the client. Payments for future, unexecuted work will be waived. However, deposits and prior payments are non-refundable.

3. Design Phase Approval
Once a client has approved the initial design/mock-up and the project proceeds to the development stage, refunds will no longer be issued.

4. No Partial Refunds for In-Progress Work
We do not issue partial refunds for milestones or modules that are already in progress.

5. Promotional & Discounted Offers
Services purchased under promotional campaigns, special pricing, or discounts are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

6. SEO, PPC & Digital Marketing Services
Due to the continuous and result-dependent nature of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services, refunds are not issued. Clients may cancel ongoing subscriptions by submitting a written notice at least 30 days in advance.

7. Dormant or Abandoned Projects
If a project is inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days without client communication, it will be considered closed. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
